• Using purchase order: Please submit your purchase order(s) with detailed ordering and contact information to Avioq via e-mail customerservice@avioq.com or fax 1.919.294.6420.

• Using credit card: Please contact us at 1.919.314.5535 to place your order over the phone.

• Using business credit application form (purchase order): If you wish to use your business credit to pay for your purchase, please follow the following steps:

Step 1:  Download a copy of our Avioq Credit Application here.
Step 2:  Complete, sign, and return the form, along with the purchase order number if applicable, to Avioq via e-mail customerservice@avioq.com or fax 1.919.294.6420.
Step 3:  Upon approval of your credit application, Avioq will process your order (if you have provided your purchase order number).
